Terms

Pricing
$120 per week. Each consecutive child enrolled is $15 off after first child’s enrollment.
*This year, we are offering a discount to children of nurses and first responders. For children of those individuals, the enrollment fee is $100 per week.

A $20 non-refundable deposit per child is due at the time of registration for each week the child is registered. The remainder of the camp fee is due the Wednesday prior to the week of camp for which the child is registered. You may pay a week at a time, or you can pay for multiple weeks in advance if you would like.
This policy will allow us to make sure we can communicate available spots in ample time for each week if there are openings.

Camp fees are non-refundable. No exceptions. By checking the box below, you agree to the following terms:

-I have read, understand, and agree to the pricing plan for Art Encounters.
-I understand while it is never our hope, Art Encounters staff reserves the right to terminate and deny both current or future enrollment without providing a predetermined advance of notice.
- I understand social distancing will be implemented for this camp due to COVID-19. I understand that there will be 6 feet of space between each student, no sharing of supplies, all provided snacks are prepackaged, masks will be worn by instructors, and students will bring their own lunches. At the end of each day, all surfaces will be properly disinfected.
-I understand my child will not be dropped off until temperatures are taken at the door and it is deemed that child does not have a fever.
-I understand that at any time, if my child presents with known symptoms of COVID-19, I will be called to come pick up my child and that child will not be allowed back to Art Encounters and no refund will be given.
